Hi All,

Thank you for your patience over the past couple of weeks!

For all non-N.America customers still waiting - Chinese New Year is a complete shutdown on anything moving in China and we want to get your orders moving soon. Our fulfilment centre will be back on the case from Monday!

For customers in North America - We had a delay getting everything ready and now our warehouse partner is out of office due to lots of ice in Texas but we're hoping for an update next week. The stock has all been booked in and your addresses formatted so we'd like to get those moving asap! 

Fitting The Legs

A couple of comments have reached us over quality concerns when fitting the carbon fibre legs. Some backers are reporting that the legs have scratched the backing off the whiteboards which is not something we have experienced on any of our QC test batch. We advise that when first fitting the legs, do so extremely gently to test the fit. They should fit on easily with a bit of resistance to hold them in place, but the CNC-machined legs might cause damage if too much pressure is applied.

First batch of UK orders have been dispatched for a bit of pick&pack testing

So if you receive yours in the next week, please comment/contact us to let us know what you think! Those that have been sent got their tracking info/order confirmation sent via EVRI.

US orders - Warehouse in Texas has received and will be getting everything ready shortly. 

ROW orders - we are ready to begin shipping this coming week! We'll get as many sent before CNY as possible, please note there will be a delay on tracking info upload because of CNY.

UK & USA Shipments Arriving!

Hi All,

We finally have landed goods in the UK and USA! They will be arriving at our warehouse partners next week and all customer addresses will be locked in at that time. 

With the christmas rush well underway on both sides of the atlantic the shipping company has recommended shipping after the holidays and perhaps into the new year. We will defer to their experience on this, but also try and get things moving as fast as possible.
